Man tries to sneak knives through security in thermos

An airline passenger at Honolulu Airport tried to sneak three knives through a security checkpoint in a thermos bottle, according to a weekly report from the Transportation Security Administration. The passenger was initially allowed to take the knives from the checkpoint to put in his checked baggage but instead tried to smuggle them through in the thermos bottle.
