Report: N.C. universities, agencies using less fossil fuel

Fossil fuel use by North Carolina universities and state government agencies has gone down by 19.9% since 2004, resulting in millions of dollars in annual savings, according to a study by the Clean Transportation Program at North Carolina State University's Solar Center. The researchers attributed the reduction to increased use of B20 and E10 and energy conservation efforts.
