Study compares fractional microneedle and laser on acne

Facial acne vulgaris was treated as well with a fractional microneedle radiofrequency device as with a CO2 fractional laser system, but recovery was shorter on the side treated with the microneedle device in a study of 20 patients. Each patient was treated with two passes of the microneedle device on one side and the fractional laser on the other.
