Tenn. governor submits proposal to revamp workers' comp

Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam has proposed 59 bills, including one that seeks changes to the workers' compensation system. The bill, which would create an administrative court under the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to handle claims, would benefit employers and employees, Haslam said. Critics say the changes would hinder compensation for workers' injuries.
