Underwater luxury hotel is planned for Dubai, UAE

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will be home to the world's largest underwater hotel, called the Water Discus, which will feature 21 underwater hotel rooms capable of reaching a depth of more than 30 feet. The hotel will be designed by Polish firm Deep Ocean Technology with backing from Swiss company BIG InvestConsult AG. Guests will have access to an underwater diving facility and miniature vehicles for observing marine life from inside their rooms.
