Local ad budgets seen shifting to mobile

By 2016, about 88% of local online advertising will be on mobile devices, with spending coming out of budgets for desktop Web advertising, which will decline 76%, according to projections by media expert Gordon Borrell. In particular, the spread of tablet devices is seen as the biggest single factor in users' migration to mobile.
