Americans split on new immigration reform plan

A new plan crafted by a bipartisan group of senators that would give 11 million illegal immigrants a pathway to U.S. citizenship is being lauded by the restaurant community but opposed by some conservatives. The plan includes a more efficient employment verification program that would benefit restaurant owners and operators, but some Republicans believe the law shouldn't be changed to accommodate those who already broke it.
