Boston's concrete is falling down, falling down

Pieces of the concrete ceiling at the public transit station in Boston's Forest Hills neighborhood have fallen, and the ceiling is being investigated by officials. Also in Boston, chunks of concrete have fallen from the Bowker Overpass. Repeated thawing and freezing could be the culprit. The state's Department of Transportation plans to spend about $10.9 million to repair the overpass.
