Mobile is at the forefront for Chase, as the bank responds to consumers' growing preference for handling their finances through their devices, said Russ Eisenman, head of mobile product marketing and partnerships at JP Morgan Chase, at the 2013 MMA Forum San Francisco. Going mobile first means having an optimized site assembled by Chase teams, which is devoted to mobile design and customer service. "We want to be sure that we are building around the mobile-first mentality," Eisenman said.
