N.M. educators receive common core training

New Mexico education groups are taking steps to prepare educators for the transition to the Common Core State Standards. Officials from the state's Educator Leader Cadre -- a group dedicated to educating teachers about the common core -- recently hosted training for Santa Fe educators, where they discussed some of the challenges ahead, including the effect of the standards on next year's high-school students and veteran teachers.
