Study: Most older patients have stress test, angiography after PCI

Noninvasive stress testing and invasive coronary angiography were performed on almost 60% of older patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention, according to a study published in Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging. The results indicate there may be ways to improve the identification of patients who may benefit from these tests after PCI, researchers said.
