Vonage switches to JWT, Horizon for creative and media

WPP's JWT and independent agency Horizon have been tapped by Vonage for its $150 million in creative and media duties after a review. The new assignments mark a split with Omnicom's PHD and TBWA\Chiat\Day, which had been handling the accounts since 2009. The agencies defended in the review and were finalists.
