China's pollution drives calls for clean air act

China is urging citizens to take greater responsibility for reducing air pollution by using public transportation, but the responsibility of individuals for the country's pollution levels in dwarfed by that of business and industry. The government is coming under pressure to improve air regulations. China burns nearly as much coal as all other nations combined.
