WorkWell Lawrence helps employers in the Kansas city encourage a culture of health at work through support and sharing ideas and contacts, says coordinator Carolyn Crawford. The city of Lawrence created a health and wellness committee that oversees initiatives while Kansas University has a collaborative approach that divides responsibility for employee wellness among several offices.
