Sunoco closes N.J. refinery, sells polypropylene facilities

Sunoco said it has permanently shut down its Eagle Point refinery in New Jersey, citing "continuing weak demand for refined products and unfavorable market conditions." The company is also selling its polypropylene plants in Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia to Brazil's Braskem for $350 million.
