Toshiba's earnings indicate it's on the rebound train

The rebound of the semiconductor market continues as Toshiba's losses shrank on a boost in memory-chip sales, thanks to bigger demand for mobile gadgets and increasing memory pricing. Toshiba's revenue was up 6.1% compared with a year earlier.
