Israel ranks second in worldwide education comparison

A recent report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development shows that Israel is the second-most educated country in the world. The data, from the Education at a Glance 2011 report, shows that among the country's population, 45% have a college degree. Israel joins Canada, Japan, the US, New Zealand, South Korea, Norway, the United Kingdom, Australia and Finland in a ranking of the 10 most educated countries in the world.
