Bill aims to protect employees who discuss their salaries

A bill in Congress would prohibit companies from punishing workers for discussing their salaries. The bill is intended to empower women to ask about their male colleagues' salaries, says Sen. Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., who introduced the bill along with Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn.
