GoodData adds post-sales tools to its analytics lineup

GoodData's new cloud-based applications, GoodSuccess Bash and GoodSupport Bash, aim at converting raw customer data into useable sales information. The apps are part of the company's "BizData Monetization" series, which started with GoodSales and GoodMarketing. The new apps track post-sales customer satisfaction and suggest cross-selling and upselling strategies, and aid customer service with customer satisfaction scores, for example.
