Lowe's has managed to make deeper connections with customers by going beyond the basics and providing free in-store Wi-Fi and facilitating access to product reviews and social networks. Mercedes-Benz, meanwhile, discussed how it is responding to consumers' mobile needs, while still responding to safety concerns.
