Burdette: Shell is inquiring about W.Va. properties

Royal Dutch Shell's U.S. unit is in talks with owners of private property that could potentially house the company's planned ethane cracker, said West Virginia Commerce Secretary Keith Burdette. Shell is looking at locations in Wetzel and Hancock counties, Burdette added. Ohio and Pennsylvania are also vying for the facility.
