Women generally have less optimistic views than men about their capabilities for launching a company, said Babson College's Donna J. Kelley, one of the lead authors on the school's latest Global Entrepreneurship Monitor report. Fewer women than men project high levels of business growth, Kelley said. "They have greater fear of failure than men," she said.
