Microsoft ad campaign taps into fears over Google changes

Google's new focus on collecting consumer data under a revamped policy for its products is raising privacy concerns that Microsoft taps into with a new ad campaign. The national ads note that Google's new policies make it "easier for Google to connect the dots between everything you search, send, say or stream while using one of its services." Microsoft, on the other hand, proclaims no interest in gathering user data for targeted advertising.
