Google issues Nexus patch, adds features

Google has begun releasing an update to its Nexus One smartphone that the company said Tuesday should end the 3G connectivity problems reported by some users. The fix also offers some new features, including limited multitouch capability. Meanwhile, T-Mobile U.K. may join Vodafone as a British Nexus One supplier as the carrier confirmed that it was in talks with Google.
