What to ask the interviewer

Job candidates often are asked at the end of an interview if they have any questions. One good one to ask, according to John Rice: What do top performers at an organization do to set themselves apart? The question shows the candidate wants to be a top performer, understands skills needed to be successful can vary from one place to the next and is focused on understanding a company's culture, he says.
