Technology is key to boosting customer satisfaction, Dimon says

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon says the bank is trying to boost the satisfaction of customers by mimicking community banks' style with their branches and focusing on mobile banking and other technology. In a wide-ranging speech before the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Dimon also said the bank is testing technology to recognize customers when they enter a branch.
