Report: Super Bowl drives record chicken demand

A USDA/AMS survey showed that the poultry industry and its grocery chain partners posted record sales during the Super Bowl. Nearly 96% of the stores included in the survey offered chicken and chicken products, and nearly 81% of the stores specifically tied their poultry to a Super Bowl-themed promotion.
