How "clusters" could reshape talent management

Companies lose talent "capital" when they disband teams, yet it's a fairly common occurrence, writes Dave Aron, who suggests that a new talent model is emerging that would help companies preserve highly functioning units. Instead of hiring individuals, companies will increasingly hire "clusters." A few examples of clusters already exist, such as elite military teams and film crews, Aron writes.
