IBM continues work on carbon nanotube chip process

Researchers at IBM's Watson Research Center are working to create the first high-density, self-assembling carbon nanotube computer chip process, but they don't expect to reach that goal for the next decade or so. However, they have developed a 10,000 carbon nanotube transistor chip, which indicates progress is being made.
