Bankers raise concerns about CFPB confidentiality

Richard Cordray, director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, said that the agency would support legislation to protect information provided by financial institutions during exams. However, bankers are still concerned about the confidentiality of the data they provide to the CFPB before the law is changed.
