Hillary Clinton: Women need to be agents of change

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton believes global change in government and society is tied to empowering women and boosting the number of females as agents of change. Clinton has kicked off an initiative aimed at boosting the number of women in public service with the support of five top women colleges. The goal is to have women representing half of global political and civil leadership by 2050.
