Time Warner Cable bought local cable time in New York, California, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin and the Carolinas for 30-second Super Bowl spots "to remind consumers of the role we play in their lives," said Jeffrey Hirsch, executive vice president. The Enjoy Better campaign launched with teasers the Saturday before the game and included a sweepstakes on the company's Facebook page.
