Joint Chiefs will detail effects of sequester before Senate panel

The Senate Armed Services Committee soon will hear directly from almost all the Joints Chief of Staff, who are appearing as a group to testify about the effects sequestration will have on the military. The unusual meeting will involve Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey, Navy Adm. Jonathan Greenert, Army Gen. Raymond Odierno, Air Force Gen. Mark Welsh, Marine Corps Gen. James Amos and National Guard Gen. Frank Grass.
