Wash. lawmakers consider laws to allow digital billboards

The House and Senate in Washington state are considering separate bills that would allow digital billboards along state highways after failing to pass similar measures in each of the past two years. The bills don't govern signage on interstate highways and would not force municipalities to allow electronic billboards.
