Wal-Mart to open branded in-store health clinics

Wal-Mart Stores this spring will debut its own in-store medical clinics branded as "The Clinic at Wal-Mart" in partnership with local hospital systems in Dallas, Atlanta and Little Rock, Ark. About 7% of Americans have tried an in-store health clinic at least once, according to the Convenient Care Association, and that number is expected to grow as Wal-Mart, Target and other retailers team up with mini-clinic providers.
