Feds award $500,000 to N.C. alt-fuel project

The Alternative Fuel Implementation Team for North Carolina project received $500,000 from the Department of Energy to look for ways to increase adoption of alternative fuels, including E85. In its second year, the project will develop a toolkit designed to help vehicle owners and fleet managers decide which alternative fuel will best satisfy their needs.
