Cathay Pacific highlights premium-economy class with free upgrades

Cathay Pacific Airways plans to give its frequent-flier-club members and other select passengers free upgrades to experience premium-economy seating on flights between Hong Kong and Sydney, and New York and Toronto. "The 'surprise and delight' campaign will target high-value frequent fliers traveling in economy class for the four weeks between the debut of premium economy on March 1st and those seats actually going on sale for flights commencing April 1st," David Flynn writes.
