Sollich sets sights on Africa

Ralf Schaffer, executive director of Germany-based chocolate processing firm Sollich, said the company has seen growth in Russia over the past few years, and is now turning its attention to Africa. "If the living standard is growing, the consumers are willing to spend more money on chocolate," he said. "That's why I see there will be demand in the future for our machines in these markets."
