Older age, ethnicity, fewer weight-loss attempts and better self-efficacy in exercise may help predict successful weight management among Diabetes Prevention Program participants, a study in Diabetes Care revealed. Other factors that predicted success included greater dietary restrictions and fewer fat-related eating behaviors, researchers noted.
