Choose dark chocolate for Valentine's Day treats, RD says

Valentine's Day treats are healthier if they include dark chocolate and some fruit or nuts, says registered dietitian Karen Ansel, a spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that can lower blood pressure, and the higher the percentage of cocoa, the better, she said.
