MMA updates mobile ad guidelines

The MMA is offering three new ad formats designed for smartphones and three for feature phones. The six units are intended to set a standard for mobile marketers, based on ad impression research from the second quarter of 2011. "The guidelines are meant to reduce the friction for agencies, publishers and ad networks," said Greg Stuart, global CEO of MMA Global, New York.
