Hearing on DCP's megatank proposal is expected to resume today

The hearing on DCP Midstream's proposed 23-million-gallon propane terminal in Searsport, Maine, is expected to resume today. Former White House counterterrorism adviser Richard Clarke will testify against the proposal based on his firm's risk-assessment study, which found that the project could pose serious safety risks.
