HHS explains how health reimbursement will work with exchanges

The HHS has offered guidelines on how employee health reimbursement arrangements can be paired with insurance policies bought through federal and state exchanges. HRAs are usually partnered with high-deductible health plans and credited by employers with perhaps $1,000 to $2,000. As long as an HRA is tied or "integrated" to an employer group plan, it could be allowed under the Affordable Care Act.
