Update: Veterinary staff to keep Tiny Tim happy as long as they can

Tiny Tim, a formerly 35-pound cat whose weight-loss goals made him an Internet sensation, has been diagnosed with a plasma cell tumor in his leg, a rare condition in companion animals, according to veterinarian Alice Frei, who has been caring for Tiny Tim for about a year. It's an aggressive cancer, and although Tiny Tim is being treated with chemotherapy, he will likely succumb to the disease. "We will not let him suffer," Dr. Frei said. "When he's uncomfortable and unhappy, we'll let him go."
