2 firms named as new defendants in Harmon Hotel case in Las Vegas

A lawsuit over the unfinished Harmon Hotel project in Las Vegas now includes engineering firm Halcrow Yolles and AAI Architects as defendants, according to a recent court filing. The suit involves construction defects in the hotel building, which is part of the $8.5 billion CityCenter development. However, "an opportunity to resolve some issues" is likely to occur once the case goes to trial, said Mark Ferrario, an attorney for CityCenter.
