Ahold to sell stake in ICA for $3.3 billion

Sweden-based Hakon Invest will acquire the 60% of Scandanavian supermarket chain ICA that it doesn't already own from Dutch company Ahold, in a deal valued at about $3.29 billion. Ahold, which has held its ICA stake for 12 years, plans to focus on building business at its stores in the US and continental Europe, which account for 95% of total revenue.
