GREE exec: Revenue from mobile games trending way up

Despite the restrictions imposed by Apple, offering games for the iPad and the iPhone is a rapidly growing market, according to GREE's Anil Dharni, who works out of the Japanese company's office in San Francisco. "It's 4x and beyond in terms of revenue [compared with a year ago]," he says. In the U.S., GREE is keying on mobile game development. "We're pretty singularly focused on content," Dharni says.
