An Oregon dog at the center of a months-long ownership battle has been returned to his original owner. Jordan Biggs, the woman who found the lost dog and kept him after reported attempts to find the owner, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft, must relinquish the dog and has to perform community service. Biggs also cannot come near the animal again. Sam Hanson-Fleming regains ownership of the dog, originally named Chase.
