Don't let fear and other emotions fuel your startup's death spiral

Fear can lead you to price your products too low and pity can prompt you to hold on to employees who aren't helping the business, so entrepreneurs need to watch out for their emotions, Brad Kendall writes. Also, while bringing in new customers is important, focusing only on attracting new business can make current clients unhappy. "In order to succeed in business, you must focus on your entire business, not just parts of it," he writes.
