Lawmakers' reactions to President Barack Obama's sequestration solution are mixed, with some Republicans complaining that the president didn't provide enough concrete ideas in his State of the Union address Tuesday, and some Democrats saying Obama outlined an effective road map to avoiding the cuts. Defense firms and the military are bracing for the reductions, due to hit March 1.
